This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between Sareeful Private Limited (“Sareeful,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and any individual (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) who accesses, uses, or makes a purchase on the Sareeful Marketplace (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are in addition to Sareeful’s Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other applicable policies. In case of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail concerning customer transactions.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
1.1 The Customer must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
1.2 Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including name, contact details, and shipping address.
1.3 Sareeful reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse service to any account suspected of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
1.4 Customers are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities conducted under their account.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
2.1 Product Descriptions – All products listed on the Platform include descriptions, specifications, and images. Minor color variations due to lighting shall not be considered a defect.
2.2 Pricing & Taxes – Product prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes under GST and other relevant laws.
2.3 Price Modifications – Sareeful reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. However, price changes will not impact confirmed orders.
2.4 Offers & Discounts – Discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes are subject to Sareeful’s discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
3.1 Order Confirmation – A legally binding contract is established upon order confirmation. Customers will receive an email/SMS notification containing order details.
3.2 Payment Terms – Sareeful accepts Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable).
3.3 Failed Transactions – Sareeful shall not be held liable for payment failures due to banking errors, technical glitches, or third-party gateway issues.
3.4 Order Cancellation-
- Customers may cancel an order before dispatch.
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LIABILITY
4.1 Shipping Charges – Sareeful provides free shipping on all orders.
4.2 Delivery Timelines – Standard delivery time is 4-7 working days, subject to location and logistics constraints.
4.3 Tracking & Updates – Order tracking details will be provided via SMS, email, or accessible through the Platform.
4.4 Delayed Shipments – Sareeful shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, acts of God, or force majeure events.
5. RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY (7 DAYS)
Sareeful offers a 7-day return and replacement policy at no additional cost to the Customer.
5.1 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
A return or replacement request may be initiated under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Product Delivered – Wrong size, color, or item received.
- Defective or Damaged Product – Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos.
- Quality Issues – Includes major stitching defects or material defects.
- Size Exchange – Available for select products (must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags).
5.2 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Customised or personalised stitched products.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Minor colour variations due to display settings or lighting conditions.
5.3 RETURN & REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
5.3.1 Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery through Sareeful’s website or mobile application.
5.3.2 Upon approval, Sareeful will arrange a free pickup of the returned product.
5.3.3 After quality inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.
5.4 REFUND POLICY
5.4.1 Refund Modes – Refunds shall be processed as:
- Store Credit (usable for future purchases).
- Bank Transfer (for prepaid orders).
5.4.2 Refund Processing Time – Refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days after return approval.
5.4.3 No Additional Charges – Sareeful shall bear all return-related expenses, unless otherwise stated.
5.5 CUSTOMER PROTECTION & ASSURANCE
- No Return Penalty – Customers shall not incur penalties for initiating legitimate returns.
- 100% Refund Guarantee – If a return is due to an error on Sareeful’s part, a full refund shall be issued.
- Priority Customer Support – Dedicated assistance is available for all return-related queries.
6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information to prevent delivery issues.
6.2 Customers must inspect orders upon receipt and report any discrepancies within the designated time-frame.
6.3 Customers agree to adhere to Sareeful’s return and refund policies in good faith.

7.2 Response time for complaints is typically 24-48 business hours.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Sareeful shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage, delayed delivery, or service disruptions.
8.2 Sareeful’s liability is limited to refunds for defective or undelivered products, subject to these Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
9.3 Courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal matters.
10. AMENDMENTS & MODIFICATIONS
10.1 Sareeful reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.
