Q: How long do I have to complain about my order?
A: Sareeful offers a 7-day return and replacement policy at no additional cost to the Customer.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team on support@sareeful.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping?
A: Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery through Sareeful’s website or mobile application. Upon approval, Sareeful will arrange a free pickup of the returned product. After quality inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed

Q: What condition should the returned items be in?
A: The following items shall not be eligible for return or exchange:

1. Lingerie, undergarments, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
2. Customised or personalised stitched products.
3. Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
4. Minor colour variations due to display settings or lighting conditions.

Q: Will I receive a refund or store credit?

A: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued in the form of store credit or the Original Mode of Payment, whatever is convenient for you.  The store credit will be valid indefinitely and can be used for future purchases on our website.
